1. for the transmission of spam and/or any type of viral marketing, pyramid scheme and/or phishing scheme;

2. to harvest or otherwise collect information about others using automated means (such as robots, harvesting bots, spiders, or scrapers etc.) without their consent. This includes email addresses;

3. to distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm BetaZi or BetaZi Users and their Payment Records;

4. to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory; or

Termination of Account

 

BetaZi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Website and the Services, or any portion thereof, at any time without notice for any reason (including without limitation unacceptable Content, or for any violation of these Terms) or for no reason.

 

Indemnification

 

YOU HEREBY COVENANT AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS BETAZI, EACH OF BETAZI’S SUBSIDIARIES, OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (BETAZI AND SUCH PERSONS, COLLECTIVELY, “BETAZI’S INDEMNIFIED PERSONS”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY DEMAND, CLAIM, DAMAGE, LIABILITY, LOSS (WHICH SHALL INCLUDE ANY DIMINUTION IN VALUE), COST OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INTEREST, PENALTIES, COSTS OF PREPARATION AND INVESTIGATION AND THE REASONABLE FEES, DISBURSEMENTS AND EXPENSES OF ATTORNEYS, ACCOUNTANTS AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVISORS) (COLLECTIVELY, “LOSSES”), IMPOSED OR INCURRED BY BETAZI’S INDEMNIFIED PERSONS, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF, RESULTING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE IN DIRECT OR INDIRECT VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction.

 

These Terms (and all other portions on this Website) are to be interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas. All claims and disputes related to such must be filed and heard in state or federal courts found in Travis County, Texas.
